The Ski Sprites Water Ski Show Team is a nonprofit club that puts on free weekly ski shows at Lake Altoona Beach all summer long. The Ski Sprites were founded in 1960 by a group of six young skiers who wanted to bring organized water skiing to the Chippewa Valley. The Sprites strive to promote fellowship and community while having fun sharing the love of the sport of show skiing.
