THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 75 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS HARSHFIELD TERRACE LOCATED IN QUARTZ HILL, CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR VERY LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
