LABORERSRISING Proudly Serving the City of Pittsburgh Along With Allegheny Washington Fayette and Greene Counties CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORERS LOCAL UNION NO. 373 is a building construction union that represents union laborers working on construction projects located in Allegheny Washington Fayette and Greene County. Local 373 received its charter from the Laborers International Union of North America on August 13 1964 following the merger of three separate laborers locals that were located in Allegheny County. Laborers Local 373 has been instrumental in the development of our region and we continue to play a key role in the successful completion of building construction projects by providing a skilled and safe workforce for our signatory contractors.
