Lyra Music Festival And Lyra Music Young Artist Performance Program Hudson Valley, NY Lyra Music is a small non-profit with a mission to contribute meaningfully to the cultural richness of the Hudson Valley. Music brings people together and for two weeks each summer, we strive to create a variety of opportunities for audiences, from formal concert hall performances to family-friendly events. Lyra provides aspiring young musicians the training they need to excel and gives the community access to world-class concerts and free outreach programs performed by Lyra Music guest artists, faculty artists, and young artists. We are dedicated to inspiring tomorrow’s musicians and today’s audiences, breaking down barriers to performance by bringing classical music out of the concert hall and into the community.
