NECA - Home Home For more than 80 years NECA member electrical contractors have provided superior electrical construction services to the people and businesses of the Quad Cities Clinton and Muscatine areas. Today our professional contractors with their highly trained workforce provide more than lighting and power service they also install complex communications systems and energy management technologies. They are also leading the green technologies movement in solar wind and electrical vehicle charging station installations. NECA Contractors also follow the ANSI certified standards of the National Electrical Installation Standards for all their installations.
