Winnebago County Historical Society Welcome The Winnebago County Historical Society strives to represent serve and involve community members by researching preserving and communicating the history of Winnebago County Wisconsin. WCHS is located in the beautifully preserved John R. Morgan residence near downtown Oshkosh Wisconsin. Tours of the historic home are free of charge but donations are appreciated.
