HHDC Mission Our Mission is to empower families by providing a diverse range of educational counseling interventions and other supportive services which promote self-sufficiency. Helping Hands Development Center, also endeavors to strengthen children with the skills and abilities necessary for optimum social, emotional and behavioral functioning.
