We gave these shoes/socks to this little girl six weeks ago. Today, we saw her, along with her brother and 152 of her classmates. The shoes we had just given her were already tattered and filthy, just like her socks, her brother's too. It is because they are homeless, going from couch to couch to whoever will give them a place to sleep for the night, and the places they are sleeping are far from clean. Today, we gave them two more pairs of shoes each and bags full of socks. With your help, we relieve some of the suffering for thousands of children like this every year.
