Our community The Lake Barcroft Association is a wooded private community of over a thousand homes in Falls Church Virginia whose owners are duespaying residents in the association. With a strong sense of community and grateful for a beautiful lake and its wildlife the community prides itself on many annual events including parades Independence Day fireworks with organized and informal social gatherings. As a private community its common properties including the lake and picnic areas are restricted to duespaying residents and are not available to the public.
