The mission of CMRS II, is to promote, encourage and sponsor charitable community integrated housing, rehabilitative services, and related programs of instruction and support to developmentally challenged individuals. CMRS II, Inc. will be a principal force in enabling and empowering citizens with physical, emotional, cognitive or other related considerations to pursue the highest degree of independence as may be individually possible.
