The Closter Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Corps, Inc. provides ambulance and rescue services to the Boroughs of Closter and Alpine and surrounding communities, free of charge. We are proud to be professionally staffed by volunteers! TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TO 911 CALLS FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES IN CLOSTER, ALPINE AND SECTIONS OF PIP. PROVIDE PUBLIC EDUCATION OF CPR, FIRST AID RECERTIFYING LOCAL PD AND OTHERS ON CPR AND AED

Rescue Operations The Closter Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Corps provides vehicle extrication and rope rescue services to Closter Alpine and the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Education Outreach We visit schools and attend community events to display our equipment and provide basic safety tips. We also certify community members in CPR and First Aid.
