The clubs philosophy emphasizes a consistent learning environment the development of the whole person a strong community and doing things the right way with respect discipline and sportsmanship while having fun. about ourclub Nearly 30 years ago AVBA pioneered the delivery of quality volleyball experiences for girls in the Ankeny area and has since expanded to serve the entire metro community. We believe that a consistent learning environment and culture are key to any clubs success which is why we have a formal teaching structure to guide our parent coaches in developing athletes.
