EPIC is the Citizen Participation Organization for the East Phillips Neighborhood in South Minneapolis, MN. EPIC SHALL PROMOTE THE SOCIAL HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY BY INVOLVING CITIZENS IN ITS ACTIVITIES AND SHALL REACH OUT TO ALL SEGMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING IN ITS ACTIVITIES AND SHALL REACH OUT TO ALL SEGMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING TRADITIONALLY UNDER-REPRESENTED GROUPS. EPIC WILL PROMOTE THE ECONOMIC HEALTH OF TRADITIONALLY UNDER-REPRESENTED GROUPS. EPIC WILL ENGAGE GOVERNMENTAL BODIES
