We help area residents reach their personal, career and educational goals by providing reading, writing, math and English language direct tutoring services. LVCEF empowers and encourages community literacy through adult education and the Imagination Library. To empower residents of Clinton County who seek to improve their literacy skills.

LVCEF trains volunteers who provide free confidential and individualized tutoring in basic literacy and English to Speakers of Other Languages ESOL. Literacy services that LVCEF provides our fellow community members are essential to improve their lives and our communitys health and quality of life. Literacy is the foundation of selfimprovement and the ability to achieve personal goals to benefit the community.
