MISSION STATEMENT The Las Vegas High School Alumni Association (the “Association") is organized for charitable and educational purposes, including, but not limited to preserving the mission and excellence of Las Vegas High School, and to building and maintaining relationships among its alumni and friends, to raising funds for both Las Vegas High School and Association activities. The Association may, as permitted by law, engage in any and all activities in furtherance of these purposes. Which may lawfully be carried on by a corporation formed under Nevada law and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Las Vegas High School Alumni Association will work toward serving as a resource to the student body at the current campus
