The VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn invests in organizations that contribute to the well-being of those who reside in and around the greater North Penn Area. A primary, but not exclusive, focus will be health promotion, health education, health maintenance, and health restorative services and programs.The VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn will enhance the health and well-being of residents in local communities by contributing to organizations with the capacity to strengthen individuals and families along a continuum of need, and will work to build stronger and healthier communities for generations to come.
