Caring Neighbor | Caring Neighbor The CNF supports caring efforts through special initiatives and grants aimed at relieving a broad spectrum of individual needs that include but are not limited to food clothing shelter health care drug addiction education counseling and most importantly neighbortoneighbor communication and cooperation. The CNF looks to the day that the dream President Roosevelt had for our nation is realized here and around the world. His dream is spelled out in the Second Bill of Rights The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation. The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation.
