RAINIER BEACH ACTION COALITION IS A GRASSROOT, BLACK-LED ORGANIZATION DEVOTED TO LOCALLY DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT. IT PROMOTES QUALITY EDUCATION, LIVING WAGE JOBS, AFFORDABLE TRANSPORTATION AND HOUSING, AND BUILDING COMMUNITY CAPACITY IN SEATTLE'S RAINIER BEACH.
