Friends of Lake Afton
Friends of Lake Afton (FOLA) is a 501(c)(3) civic non profit organization whose mission, since 1969, has been to restore, improve, protect and maintain Lake Afton, and its surrounding public areas, in Yardley PA for all to enjoy. Since 2014, the algae infestation that has been plaguing Lake Afton in the warmer months, has brought to our attention the need to find the reason(s) for the increasing algae as well as a way to reduce the algae for the health and wellbeing of the Lake and its inhabitants.
