Frank : A Quiet Life, Rich in Moments Frank, 90, is a Korean War veteran who lives in quiet company with his beloved cat, Mikey. Hard of hearing and mostly homebound, his days follow a simple rhythm and Meals on Wheels plays a central role in that. For two years, Frank has counted on the dependable knock at his door, a warm meal, and a moment of kindness from a volunteer. “Everything about it is terrific,” he says. “It impacts every moment of my life.” For a man who once served his country with courage, it’s now our turn to serve him — with food, dignity, and presence. His greatest lesson to us all? “Live life to the fullest.” Frank may be hard of hearing, but he still listens closely to life — and it tells him to live it to the fullest.
