When the leaves start changing and the air gets crisp, nothing beats a warm bowl of something delicious. Today we're sharing our Hearty Harvest Veggie Soup recipe. Ingredients: 1 large sweet potato, 2 carrots (sliced), 1 cup red lentils (rinsed), 1 onion (diced), 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder), 6 cups vegetable broth, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 2 tbsp olive oil.

A traumatic brain injury changes life in more ways that we can imagine and we understand that sometimes, only those who’ve been through it can truly understand. If you or someone you love is navigating life after a traumatic brain injury, we invite you to join our Traumatic Brain Injury Support Group. Every Monday all throughout September, from 6–7 PM.
