Founded in 1977, PAWS has served Montclair and the surrounding communities. We are extremely proud of the number of adoptions we have facilitated. PAWS Montclair, Inc. (Pound Animal Welfare Society of Montclair, Inc.) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals and finding homes for stray and abandoned cats and dogs in our community. PAWS (Pound Animal Welfare Society of Montclair Inc.) is dedicated to finding good homes for the many abandoned and unwanted cats and dogs in our community. We are extremely proud of the number of adoptions we have facilitated and the number of animals we have rescued over the years many from dire circumstances and successfully placed with loving families.
