Join us at the 2025 LEAP Energy Fair on April 5th Our Mission LEAPs mission is to support and promote energy efficiency renewable energy and emissions reduction in Waterbury Vermont and the surrounding area. Our Work Waterbury LEAP Local Energy Action Partnership is a volunteer run Town Energy Committee founded in 2007. We stimulate positive change through grassroots organizing and education. By bringing together local Vermonters with energy experts who can answer their question we help people and organization move forward on their green energy project.
