Champaign County CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates believes that every child in our community who has experienced abuse or neglect deserves the opportunity to thrive in a safe and permanent home. Right now 315 Champaign County children are in foster care due to abuse or neglect. As a result courts are required to make very difficult decisions about their futures.
