🌱 Meet Pontia Jones 🌱Lead Community Integration Specialist (LCIS) Why I love working at Bloom: It’s not a glamorous job—and it’s definitely not easy—but it is the most rewarding work I’ve ever done. Every day, I get to laugh, teach, listen, and just be with the incredible individuals we support. The connections we build and the joy we share? That touches my heart and soul in a way nothing else can. 💚 My favorite part of the job: The smiles, the hugs, the love—every single day. I also get to plan and enjoy so many fun activities with our individuals, like outings, picnics, dances, and arts & crafts. Watching people thrive and have fun is the best part of it all! How I choose to Bloom outside of work: I stay active with my dogs, hiking and training together. I love camping all over Ohio with my family and friends, and I always make time for photography and gardening. For the last two years weve worked to develop a new name and logo that highlighted the unique abilities of our clients. Our goal was to foster an environment of growth to create a place where clients can feel comfortable learning making mistakes and ultimately blooming to their full potential. Greene Inc. is now Bloom Community Services a representation of the same caring staff youve come to know and the sense of relief felt knowing that your loved one is in good hands.
