TO REDUCE THE INCIDENCE AND IMPACT OF CHILD VICTIMIZATION THROUGH PUBLIC AWARENESS, EDUCATION AND PREVENTION PROGRAMS, PARENT SUPPORT SERVICES, AND PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE A FORUM FOR VOLUNTEERISM AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
