Our area serves the North Central region of Illinois and aligns its boundaries with the district served by Illinois Valley Community College. The counties served are primarily La Salle, Bureau and Putnam. This is a rural area composed of small towns. Ottawa, IL with a population of roughly 18,400 is the largest community in the region. We all of our programs one or more of these three areas. They are: educational outreach, arts space development and artistic collaboration. Our mission is to build our community through development of the arts. Our three main initiatives are Educational Outreach, Artistic Collaboration, and Art Space Development.
