Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition Inc

Operating as a clearinghouse of information, a provider of technical assistance, a vehicle for community organizing, a coordinator of resources and an expander of peer-led dual recovery supports, the MCC provides a forum for strategic planning and action to collectively improve the quality of and access to health care and community supports. The MCC expands rehabilitative opportunities for employment, school and housing while promoting the leadership of individuals who have disabilities. The MCC is a leader in helping to form more Dual Recovery Anonymous, 12 step meetings in Massachusetts than in any other state in the nation. In addition to statewide work in Massachusetts, the MCC serves as a role model for mental health coalitions nationally developing a national framework to expand employment with benefit counseling and dual reocvery throughout the country.
