Have a Heart A 501c3 Charitable Organization We are currently inactive due to extenuating circumstances. We are still supporting other nonprofits in their missions. Have a Heartwas founded by Richard H Schefer as the one last chance for pets who are likely to be euthanized. Animal shelters dont have the resources to take care of every pet indefinitely and as a result have to make heartwrenching decisions every day to put perfectly healthy animals to sleep.
