Fifteen amazing agencies came together at Rockwood for a Resource Fair that welcomed both our residents and neighbors from El Verano Apartments. Residents had the opportunity to connect with valuable services and resources from agencies like Anaheim Public Utilities, Pathways of Hope, and OCTA. Jamboree’s Community Impact services team gathered important feedback from residents to better understand their needs and highlight the most requested services. Last week, we proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of WISEPlace on Broadway, a transformative new community created in partnership with WISEPlace. This 43,000 square-foot community in Santa Ana provides permanent supportive housing for 47 survivors of domestic violence, with studio apartments and shared spaces for healing, including financial empowerment labs, wrap-around services, and private counseling rooms. “I am safe, and I am home. I'm grateful to be in a healing place that is finally home,” shared Ange, a current resident. “WISEPlace on Broadway really feels like my home.” This milestone was made possible with the support of our incredible partners: WISEPlace, City of Santa Ana - Municipal Government, County of Orange, California, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Bank of America, Orange County Housing Finance Trust, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Thank you for helping make this vision a reality.
