Lake Reality is a Members Only private lake and beach club. Owned and operated by the LAKE REALITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. The Association collects dues, pays expenses, maintains the property and lake and provides social events for the benefit of its Members. Membership is available to Lake Reality residents and Kinnelon, NJ residents who do not reside in the Lake Reality neighborhood. Assocate membership is available on a limited basis and total lake membership consists of approximately 100 member families per year. Members enjoy a full range of summer lake activiites from Memorial to Labor Day.
