Supporting the provision of free civil legal help and representation across Pennsylvania since 1973. The Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network is the only comprehensive system of civil legal aid providers covering every county in Pennsylvania. Our provide free legal services to low-income households through our nine regional and six specialty civil legal aid programs.
