Chicago Training Center (CTC) uses the sport of competitive rowing to provide underserved Chicago youth with transformative opportunities for personal growth, discipline, and achievement. Through structured training, mentorship, and competition, CTC challenges athletes to reach their full potential both athletically and academically. Our supportive and nurturing environment fosters leadership, teamwork, and resilience, helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue their educational and life goals. By removing financial and accessibility barriers, CTC ensures that all participants can experience the benefits of rowing, regardless of their background.
