Our work is guided by our underlying priorities: advancing public policy, organizing communities, supporting and engaging survivors, and breaking stigma. SPAN-GA is a Georgia non-profit 501c3 organization working in communities all throughout the state. Our focus is on supporting survivors of a loss by suicide, creating services for survivors, expanding resources available and connection to the Georgia survivor family network. Our work also includes suicide prevention and intervention through education, awareness, school and local trainings, and community organization.
