THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING RELATED SERVICES TO THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS. THIS INCLUDES THE OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION OF VARIOUS HOUSING FACILITIES ON A NONPROFIT BASIS WITH THE PROVISION OF HOUSING (CONT'D ON SCHEDULE O) RELATED SERVICES ON A NONPROFIT BASIS. THIS INCLUDES SUCH PURPOSES AS THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND EXEMPT FROM TAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(A) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

The partnership fully leverages Volunteers of America National Services vast housing experience and its ability to secure funding through its financial strength and national relationships together with Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana39s ability to select appropriate sites conceptualize developments create and maintain appropriate local relationships and manage the development team for the implementation of selected projects. At its core RNDC strives for and achieves the highest quality of design for affordable housing projects in urban neighborhoods that will provide a safe comfortable and uplifting environment for the residents we serve.
