More than 300000 in household goods were distributed to the Akron Ohio community. PROVIDING FOOD TO AN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY Rising food prices loss of government assistance inflation and price gouging has made putting food on the table more difficult for local families. A recent article in the Akron Community Foundations recent publication A Recipe for Crisis covers issues relating to food shortages and how local agencies are responding to the crisis.
