THE MISSION OF THE HISPANIC AMERICAN ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF HISPANIC FAMILIES BY HELPING THEM BECOME MORE ECONOMICALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT THROUGH EDUCATION, COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY SKILLS.
