Lowcost spayneuter programs. The Foundation offers a lowcost spayneuter program for cats and kittens at a veterinary clinic in Morton every week. Owners bring their cats to the clinic in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. The cost is 45 to neuter males 55 to spay females and 20 for a rabies vaccination if needed.
