Successful economic development is not just about building projects its about building people and forming mutually beneficial partnerships to transform the places in which we live for the betterment of all. Applications are Open for the Homeowner Assistance Program The URA has partnered with ACTIONHousing on a pilot round of the Homeowner Assistance Program. The program made possible through the Housing Opportunity Fund provides up to 35000 in financial assistance to eligible homeowners in the City of Pittsburgh for rehabilitating and improving their homes.
