Rescue-a-Life Foundation

Our mission is to create a continuum of services that inspire homeless and formerly incarcerated men to move beyond the streets and ultimately transition to independent living.Rescue-A-Life Foundation is a community base non-profit organization that serves the needy of any ethnic or religious background. The Foundation was Founded in Los Angeles, California in 2010 by a compassionate paralegal, Dwayne McELwee. For the past 5 years our team of volunteers have served the suffering throughout Los Angeles, county. We help the disadvantage become self-sufficient by providing financial and emotion support, employment training, food, clothing, furniture, appliances, temporary housing and by connecting them with supportive resources in Los Angeles county. Donations to our organization make our work possible. Your financial gift or donation of clothing items help us provide services to hundreds of people every year.
