The Wellness Tree Community Clinic serves those less fortunate with free basic medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services for individuals over 18 years of age with no healthcare insurance and/or who are 200% below the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). We provide education, patient advocacy and align with other local agencies to assist our patients holistically to meet their overall needs.

Home - Wellness Tree Clinic 20 Wellness Tree Clinic We estimate that for every dollar donated to the Wellness Tree we give out approximately 50 worth of healthcare services. The clinic utilizes volunteers to do medical clinical and front office duties. The Wellness Tree Community Clinic is a standalone 501c3 organization which services patients from seven counties. We strive to create a caring and welcoming environment as we provide a variety of free medical and dental services.
