We work to reduce the duration of time individuals and families experience homelessness in Chester, Lancaster, and York counties. TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC SUPPORT THROUGH INNOVATION, COLLABORATION, EDUCATION, AND ADVOCACY AMONG COMMUNITY PARTNERS SO THAT THEY MAY EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY SERVE THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING AND/OR AT RISK OF BECOMING UNHOUSED.
