Today’s Mason Monday is Bro. Rob Morley from LaGrange Lodge #399. Bro. Morley is an operations manager, father, husband, and proud Freemason. What was it about Freemasonry that made me want to join? “I am at least a 4th-generation Freemason. Growing up I watched my father head off to Lodge meetings as well as go to Lodge functions at his and my grandfather's Lodge, always peeking into the Temple with abundant curiosity. Throughout my young adulthood it crossed my mind several times to join, but the time just wasn't right. As I got older, the pull got stronger to join and receive what the fraternity had to offer. Since my journey started, I have gotten to enjoy it with my father Bob Morley by my side, and it has reinvigorated his participation as well. We are both plural members at each other's Lodge and he is my Chaplain this year, sitting next to me in the East. I am looking forward to continuing my Masonic life and watching our Lodge grow.
