Father Joe’s Villages seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to oversee the clinical and wrap-around services for unhoused children, adults, and families at its Therapeutic Childcare (TC) Program. Responsibilities: 🔹As the Clinical Supervisor of TC, the Licensed Clinical Psychologist, provides therapeutic recommendations to TC employees for implementation in the classroom and serves as the subject-matter consultant for the TC team. 🔹Facilitates the internships of students and their caseloads. 🔹Provides direct clinical services including testing, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation to children of all ages, with a focus on child development. 🔹Uses expertise to deliver mental and behavioral health services to clients with mental health, behavioral challenges, and/or trauma histories, engaging those that are resistant to therapeutic services. 🔹Maintains a caseload of individual, group, couples, and family therapy clients, assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans as needed. 🔹Provides or oversees parenting classes. 🔹Provides classroom observations. 🔹Provides agency-wide professional development in areas of mandated reporting, trauma-informed care, and other clinical areas. 🔹Facilitates students’ internships with partner universities.
