OPERATION NORTH STATE UTILIZES NORTH CAROLINA'S PEOPLE, PLACES, PRODUCTS AND PRIDE TO SHOW SUPPORT FOR NORTH CAROLINA'S DEPLOYED TROOPS AND VETERANS IN NEED. THE TWO SIGNATURE PROGRAMS ARE OUR NCCARES CHRISTMAS BOX PROJECT AND TOP SHELF FISHIN' FESTIVALS.
