We had a special visit to our Crestwood Early Education Center from Kara at Covenant Community Care, Inc., sharing some seriously smile-worthy wisdom with our families! Kara showed us that taking care of our teeth is really about taking care of our whole body. From explaining why baby teeth matter (even though they eventually fall out) to breaking down how sugar can sneakily harm young smiles. Her presentation was full of practical tips for keeping little ones healthy from the inside out. She also shared an important reminder: Michigan now requires dental exams for all children entering kindergarten.
