Pine Island Writers Pine Island Writers Welcome Pine Island Writers is a group of local authors who meet to encourage writers of every genre ability and experience to grow and inspire their writing life. We meet virtually every Thursday from 700900 pm to critique each others writing in a safe creative space with the purpose of improving our work. After listening to the piece that an author has chosen to present members will provide respectful and thoughtful responses. Every other week we hold an additional virtual writers cafe where we discuss the writing life write in private rooms or discuss our work in more detail.
