Our mission is to promote and develop educational and cultural efforts and provide humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians worldwide. We are guided by principles of Christian ethics religious tolerance political nonpartisanship and universal respect for human rights. UNWLA x Zemliachky Defenders Vyshyvanka UNWLA x Zemliachky Defenders Vyshyvanka Since ancient times mothers have embroidered vyshyvankas for their children praying for their protection from misfortune evil and harm.

🇺🇦 Since 2022, Bettina Braisted, a craftswoman from Madison, Connecticut, has been deeply moved by the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people. As the owner of The Sailbag Lady flag company, Ms. Braisted has been donating a portion of her profits from the sale of Ukrainian flags to UNWLA for humanitarian aid.
