The Synthesis Collaborative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health status of communities in the developing world using the tools of teleradiology and cloud computing. The Synthesis Collaborative is dedicated to improving the health status of communities, both locally (Rochester, NY area) and in the developing world. Teleradiology and cloud computing will be the tools to advance the delivery of health care in impoverished areas throughout the world. We have a two-tiered approach to improving the well-being of disenfranchised communities by treating both body and spirit. The provision of digital x-ray imaging equipment and teleradiology will improve the physical health of these communities, and the sponsorship of art in the public space will treat the spirit.
