JAGER AND FRIENDS DOG PARK, INC.
To actively raise funds to develope a safe and sustainable facility for off-lease, owner-supervised socialization of our canine companions in order to provide personal and community enrichment and promote the health and well-being of the citizens and canines of Somerset County and surrounding areas. The park has been open since 2010. Each year a major asset has been added to the park. These assets were paid for by contributions, grants and earnings from fund raising events. All work has been done by volunteers, members and community volunteers. The assets include a water delivery system which provides drinking water for the dogs and water for landscaping, a second enclosed play area for small dogs, a 20'x30' shade pavillion, benches, picnic tables, plants and landscaping, a gravel walking trail and a storage shed built by volunteers to house the maintenance equipment.
